Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal, we will refund the prepaid amount in full. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain full access through the end of the paid term.

Service issues

If the Service experiences a sustained outage that prevents you from using core features, contact billing@flowresident.com and we will issue a service credit on a case-by-case basis.

How to cancel

Open your workspace, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel subscription". You can also email billing@flowresident.com with your account email and we will process the cancellation within one business day.

How to request a refund

Email billing@flowresident.com from the address on your account, including the invoice number and a brief reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve billing disputes quickly. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of the account pending resolution.
