Frequently asked

Do I have to replace my PMS?

No. ResidentFlow is designed to run alongside Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager, and others. You keep your core system and add the resident-facing maintenance and entry workflow on top.

What does a pilot look like?

We start on one property. You bring real maintenance and entry workflows. We measure time saved, no-access visits avoided, and resident status calls reduced over the pilot window.

How is this different from a full property management platform?

We don't do accounting, leasing, or rent collection. We focus tightly on the resident-facing maintenance communication and occupied-unit entry coordination layer — the part most PMS platforms leave to your staff.

Do you support SMS?

Yes. Operator and Portfolio tiers include SMS via Twilio with opt-in tracking and retries.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
